We go to great lengths to ensure that all pots and bonsai reach the customer in perfect condition.

All bonsai and pots are securely packaged in re-inforced packaging. Bonsai are well-watered before packing and delivery times are kept to a minimum to ensure your new tree arrives as healthy as when it left us.

All pots and trees are fully insured with the Royal Mail in the unlikely event of any damage occuring during transit.

 

We have two main postage bands based on the weight of your new tree and it's packaging;

Band 1: Up to 2kg. Sent by Royal Mail 'Next Day Special Delivery'. Guaranteed next day delivery, fully insured with postal tracking. £9.00

Band 2: Packages over 2kg. Sent by Parcel Force, 'Parcelforce48'. Guaranteed 48 hour delivery, fully insured with postal tracking. £15.00

Occasionally there are very large trees that will be sent by courier, if your tree requires this service, you will be advised by e-mail.
