'Advanced'
Index Page I
have re-ordered the Advanced Index as the articles and photo-series
were previously listed in the order that they were originally
written and published; they have now been re-organised in a more
cohesive manner. My apologies to anyone who was reading their
way through the previous list order (as I know some of you do).

Japanese
Visitors
I have noticed a slow increase in visitors from Japan in the past
couple of years of which I am very proud. According to Alexa.com
(providers of web statistics and analysis), during the last week
in April, roughly 12% of visitors were from Japan, second only
to the UK (16%).

Ads
on the website: Bonsai4me has always been and will
always be a free website. However, there are many costs involved
in maintaining a large website with the number of visitors that
Bonsai4me has on a daily basis.
I have always
resisted placing adverts all over the website, prinicipally
because I dislike seeing huge quantities of ads on the websites
that I like to visit!
Unfortunately,
having spent nearly 5 years financing the website and its increasing
bandwidth costs, the time has come that Bonsai4me has to start
to pay for itself. For this reason you may have noticed that
there are now small ads on most of the pages throughout the
website. It is a concession that I have been forced to make,
I hope the increased number of ads do not spoil your enjoyment
of the site.

Comments
I occasionally receive e-mails from
visitors concerning the website's layout, navigation and content.
These are extremely useful and help me push the website in the
direction that visitors would like to see it develop. If you
have any comments about any aspect of Bonsai4me, whether it
be the type of pages you enjoy reading or find most useful,
or simply to tell me that the navigation is hopeless, please
e-mail at harry@bonsai4me.co.uk
and tell me!
Please note
that though I do my best, I cannot respond personally to each
and every e-mail I receive but they are all greatly appreciated.
