Juniper
(unknown garden variety) Shohin Bonsai Animation.
This animation
contains over 60 separate images and is therefore slow-loading;
I have tried to reduce the file size (5.94Mb) but my apologies
to those still on 56k modems.
Normally
we see images of bonsai in 2 dimensions and from the front that
the artist has chosen (see normal image below). The purpose
of this animation is to show this bonsai with a 3rd dimension,
depth, to show it as it is seen in 'real life'.
This Juniper
bonsai has been developed over 4-5 years from a nursery tree
and has just been restyled. Height of the tree to the top of
the upper jins is just 8"/20cm. Pot by Erin Pottery.
